To maintain transparency and fairness in our financial transactions, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds will only be considered for tuition fees and are subject to the terms outlined below.
• Application fees, registration fees, and other non-tuition charges are non-refundable.

2. Withdrawal Period:

• Students who wish to withdraw from the program must notify the institute in writing within the first 7 days from the start date of the program.

3. Refund Calculation:

• Refunds will be calculated based on the number of weeks or sessions attended by the student.
• No refund will be issued for the weeks or sessions completed.

4. Refund Schedule:

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal request.
• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

5. Refund Exceptions:

• No refunds will be granted after the 7 days of the program.
• Students dismissed for disciplinary reasons are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be provided for courses or sessions missed due to personal reasons, including illness, family emergencies, or other non-institute related matters.

6. Transfer of Enrollment:

• Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a future session within the same academic year, subject to availability and approval by the institute.

7. Natural Calamity:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events, the institute reserves the right to adjust the refund policy as deemed necessary.
